Incident Reports
Trip and event leaders should file an incident report when an unexpected incident occurs. The report is filed online as part of the activity report which closes out an activity, course, or event.
When the Incident Checkbox is selected near the bottom of the activity report the Club Safety Committee and the relevant Branch Activity Chair will be notified.
