Finances
Reimbursements - Please submit your check request within two weeks of the expenditure to the Branch Treasurer. If you have electronic receipts you can email the form and receipts to treasurer@tacomamountaineers.org, otherwise mail the check request form and original receipts to the Branch Treasurer (current address is shown on the form).
Be sure to have authorization from the activity chair. This can take the form of a signature on the check request or an email to the Branch Treasurer.
