The Tacoma Mountaineers Folk Dancers hold dances on the 4th Saturday of the month from September through April (except December) at Normanna Hall, 1106 S. 15th St., Tacoma.
We have a live band playing mostly Scandinavian waltzes, schottisches, hambos, polkas, and other dances. These are usually couple dances although many are mixers which are reviewed before each dance.
You do not need a partner to attend. Dancers switch partners throughout the evening.
Come dance! Lively music and great fun!
